Marked By God: Part 4 || Day 1
I Corinthians 1:25-29 NKJV
Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence.
In the case of the mark of God vs the mark of the beast, there is no real competition. The mark of the beast is coming, but there is a mark that’s greater than that mark. This mark is not coming, this mark is already here.
The mark of God is not just being saved. Yes, you are His when you get born again, but when I speak of the mark of God, I’m talking about God placing something special upon your life. I’m talking about you allowing the Spirit of God to do such a work in your life that everyone knows something is different about you.
I’m talking about a mark on your life where you don’t do business the same anymore. You don’t parent the same anymore. When you walk into your school, people know everything has changed in your life. I’m talking about when you get around others, they sense the presence of God on your life. I’m talking about carrying the glory of God on your life in such a way that atmospheres shift when you walk in.
Church, when this mark hits your life, you can’t stand the thought of not doing something great for God. You can’t imagine not reaching the top of your potential in the kingdom of God. When this mark hits your life there’s a fire that drives your life to see this world won for Christ. When this mark hits your life your purpose and destiny come alive and you begin to realize why you were placed on this earth.
Beloved, that’s what God is doing here at ALC Ministries. We are not a group of people playing church. We are not a group of people having a country club. We are not a group of people coming every week to some boring lifeless service to do our religious duties. No!
We are a group of people that have been rescued out of the gutters of the world. We are a group of people that have been delivered from the very gates of hell. We are a group of people that were once marked by the devil, but now that mark is gone and we have been marked by Jesus. We are a group of people who believe that we have been placed in the kingdom for such a time as this.
We have set ourselves in line with what heaven is doing and we will see one more great revival hit this earth before Jesus comes back. We have placed our lives on the altars of God as a living sacrifice. And now heaven is pouring fire down on those lives so that we will do great exploits for the name of Jesus!
Church, God is not just doing this with a few people. He’s not just picking a select few to lead this love of God. He’s not just having one person lead this great harvest of souls. No! He’s calling and marking hundreds of people right now.
