It’s Time to Come Up || Part 5 - Day 5
Haggai 2:6-9 NKJV
For thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land; and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘And in this place I will give peace,’ says the Lord of hosts.”

Matthew 6:19-26 NKJV
“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. “The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. Proverbs 3:5-10 NLT
Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Don’t be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the Lord and turn away from evil. Then you will have healing for your body and strength for your bones. Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the best part of everything you produce. Then he will fill your barns with grain, and your vats will overflow with good wine.
Matthew 23:23 NLT
“What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you are careful to tithe even the tiniest income from your herb gardens, but you ignore the more important aspects of the law—justice, mercy, and faith. You should tithe, yes, but do not neglect the more important things.”
Some can’t be trusted with the blessings of God. But when God finds a person that will come back and tell Him thank you, He will continue to bless that person over and over. Beloved, every time you return the tithe and you give your offerings to the Lord, you are saying thank you!
Thank you, Lord, for providing for me. Thank you, Lord, for protecting me and my family. Thank you, Lord, for prospering me. Thank you for keeping me and preserving me through trying times. Thank you, Lord, for not allowing my feet to slip. Thank you, Lord, for being present as I walked through the shadows of death. Thank you, Lord, that even though a thousand may fall on my left and ten thousand on my right, none shall come near me.
But that’s not all that is happening when I return the tithe and give offerings. The other thing that's happening is, I’m thanking Him that my cup shall continue to run over. I’m thanking Him that He will continue to anoint my head with oil. I’m thanking Him that wherever I go, He shall always be with me. I’m thanking Him that He will set me high above all the nations of the earth. I’m thanking Him that the heavens will continue to be opened over me and pour out such a blessing that I don’t have room enough to contain it.
When we tithe and give offerings in faith, we can expect blessings, favor, and increase of heaven on our lives.
